(...) Scott’s Questions
What do your photos of reflections mean to you? Are you trying to show a disjointed, confusing, but interesting scene? Or do you mean something else?
As you can see, I'm hypnotised by reflections, its the kind of things that bring so much excitement & joy to me. It's quite easy to understand I wish to put 2 worlds in one, at the same plan, in a wonderful encounter. These 2 worlds together are amazingly beautiful. Am I speaking abut the neurothypical world & the autistic world (the way I'm living it, I mean). I think this answer is someway close to the truth.
My "heart sister" told me, in my photos I show people what it is living through my Asperger mind.
When i'm shooting, I see much of the time the reflections before the thing which send the reflection...well, I don't know if you can understand what I mean. The object is not as important as the reflections in fact (What I can see in a puddle is so moving for my soul, I'm melting with hapiness). And you can catch reflections from the most unusual objects, like cars, for example. Cleaner the car is, clearer is the reflections, more beautiful is the world behind the reflections. Sometimes, I feel like "Alice through the looking glass".
There's one photo which is very important for me because it reprensents what I'm living :
